Art. 80dnovies novies Vertraulichkeit und Datenschutz

1 Die Vertraulichkeit der Informationen, einschliesslich des Untersuchungsgeheimnisses, muss gewahrt werden.

2 Der Schutz von Personendaten richtet sich nach dem Recht des Staates, in dem die Untersuchungshandlung durchgeführt wird.

Art. 80dnovies novies Confidentiality and data protection

1 The confidentiality of the information, including the confidentiality of the investigation, must be preserved.

2 The protection of personal data is governed by the law of the state in which the investigative measure is carried out.
