Art. 110a Übergangsbestimmung zur Änderung vom 4. Oktober 1996

Die Bestimmungen der Änderung vom 4. Oktober 1996 dieses Gesetzes gelten für alle Verfahren, die bei deren Inkrafttreten hängig sind.

Art. 110a Transitional provision for the amendment of 4 October 1996

The provisions of the amendment of 4 October 1996 to this Act apply to all proceedings pending when such provisions come into force.
