Art. 295 Missachtung von Bewährungshilfe oder Weisungen

Wer sich der vom Gericht oder den Vollzugsbehörden angeordneten Bewährungshilfe entzieht oder die vom Gericht oder den Vollzugsbehörden erteilten Weisungen missachtet, wird mit Busse bestraft.

Art. 295 Failure to comply with probation assistance or instructions

Any person who fails to comply with probation assistance ordered by the court or the executive authority or with instructions issued by the court or the executive authority shall be liable to a fine.
