1 Für neue gewerblich anwendbare Erfindungen werden Erfindungspatente erteilt.
2 Was sich in nahe liegender Weise aus dem Stand der Technik (Art. 7 Abs. 2) ergibt, ist keine patentierbare Erfindung.7
