Der Schweizerische Bundesrat,

gestützt auf Artikel 50 Absatz 2 des Markenschutzgesetzes vom 28. August 19921 (MSchG),2

beschliesst:

2 Fassung gemäss Ziff. I der V vom 17. Juni 2016, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2017 (AS 2016 2593).

on the basis of Article 50 paragraph 2 of the Trade Mark Protection Act of
28 August 19921 (TmPA),2

ordains:
