Art. 73 Strafverfolgung

1 Die Strafverfolgung ist Sache der Kantone.

2 Widerhandlungen nach Artikel 70 werden vom IGE nach dem Verwaltungsstrafrechtsgesetz vom 22. März 197481 verfolgt und beurteilt.

Art. 73 Prosecution

1 Prosecution is the responsibility of the cantons.

2 Offences under Article 70 are prosecuted and judged by the IPI in accordance with the Federal Act of 22 March 197481 on Administrative Criminal Law.
