Für Widerhandlungen in Geschäftsbetrieben, durch Beauftragte und dergleichen sind die Artikel 6 und 7 des Verwaltungsstrafrechtsgesetzes vom 22. März 197478 anwendbar.

Art. 71 Offences in business activities

Articles 6 and 7 of the Federal Act of 22 March 197478 on Administrative Criminal Law apply to offences committed in business activities by agents or similar persons.
