Art. 1a Verhältnis zum allgemeinen Geoinformationsrecht

Soweit diese Verordnung keine besonderen Vorschriften enthält, gilt für die amtliche Vermessung die Geoinformationsverordnung vom 21. Mai 20087 (GeoIV).

Art. 1a Relationship to general geoinformation law

Official cadastral surveying is governed by the Geoinformation Ordinance of 21 May 20087 (GeoIO), unless there are special provisions in this present Ordinance.
