Präambel

Der Schweizerische Bundesrat,

gestützt auf die Artikel 6 Absatz 3, 7 Absatz 1, 12 Absatz 3, 22 Absatz 2,
24 Absatz 6, 45 Absatz 3, 48 Absatz 5 und 60 Absätze 1 und 2 des Bundesgesetzes vom 21. Juni 20191 über das öffentliche Beschaffungswesen (BöB),

verordnet:

1 SR 172.056.1

Preamble

The Swiss Federal Council,

based on Articles 6 paragraph 3, 7 paragraph 1, 12 paragraph 3, 22 paragraph 2, 24 paragraph 6, 45 paragraph 3, 48 paragraph 5 and 60 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Federal Act of 21 June 20191 on Public Procurement (PPA),

ordains:
