Art. 99b Datenbearbeitung in MIDES

Zugriff auf MIDES haben, soweit dies zur Erfüllung ihrer Aufgaben erforderlich ist:

a.: die Mitarbeitenden des SEM;
b.: die Behörden nach Artikel 22 Absatz 1;
c.: beauftragte Dritte nach Artikel 99c;
d.³⁰⁶: die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der kantonalen oder kommunalen Zentren nach Artikel 24d, die für die Unterbringung und Betreuung der Asylsuchenden zuständig sind.

Art. 99b Data processing in MIDES

The following persons have access to MIDES provided such access is required in order to fulfil their duties:

a.: employees of SEM;
b.: authorities in accordance with Article 22 paragraph 1;
c.: authorised third parties in accordance with Article 99c.
d.³⁰⁶: employees of the cantonal or communal centres under Article 24d who are responsible for asylum seekers’ accommodation and care.
