1 Wird aufgrund der Anhörung offenkundig, dass Asylsuchende ihre Flüchtlingseigenschaft weder beweisen noch glaubhaft machen können und ihrer Wegweisung keine Gründe entgegenstehen, so wird das Gesuch ohne weitere Abklärungen abgelehnt.
2 Der Entscheid muss zumindest summarisch begründet werden.111
