Art. 126c Übergangsbestimmung zur Änderung vom 20. Juni 2014

Zum Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens der Änderung vom 20. Juni 2014 dieses Gesetzes hängige Verwaltungsstrafverfahren wegen Verletzung der Sorgfalts- oder Meldepflicht werden nach bisherigem Recht fortgeführt.

Art. 126c Transitional provision to the Amendment of 20 June 2014

Administrative criminal proceedings relating to a violation of the duty of care or duty to provide data that are pending when the Amendment of 20 June 2014 to this Act comes into force shall be continued under the previous law.
